[Review and edit this policy so it matches how Powering actually works. It is a starting point, not legal advice.]

Powering ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy from our store and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and your order history. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and use cookies to keep your cart and account signed in.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, contact you about them, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. If you sign up for our newsletter we use your email to send it; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Payment processors, shipping carriers and the platform that hosts our store, only as needed to fulfil your order and run the store. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your rights
