We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within [30] days of delivery.
Email powering.ng@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within [10] business days. Original shipping costs are [not] refunded unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within [14] days and we'll replace or refund it, including shipping.
